Most of the photoreceivers uses Si or InGaAs PIN photodiodes with other specially design components to provide precise measurements with the lowest noise and at the best gain for all the different applications.
The photoreceivers comes with many variations; photodiodes, bandwidth, spectral range & many other adjustable components.

The FWPR-20 series is a combination of low noise Si or InGaAs PIN photodiodes, a specially designed transimpedance amplifier with extremely high gain of up to 1012 V/A.

PWPR-2K series is an ultra-sensitive photoreceiver; picking up even the smallest signals from 100 fW up to 10 nW. 

The LCA-S-40k series have remarkable performance. Using Si or InGaAs photodiode, it covers a spectral range from 400 to 1100 nm and 900 to 1700 nm. The HSPR-X and HSA-X-S offer an upper bandwidth limit of 2 GHz.
